Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy:

All service reservations require a minimum of 24 hours advance notice for cancellation.  Notification can be made by phone or email. 

If a client does not adhere to the allotted time for cancellation more than once, EMB will require the full service price to be paid at time of scheduling.  Clients will be charged for 50% of the treatment booked upon late cancellation (less than 24 hour notice).  If a client neglects to inform EMB of a cancellation, full price of the treatment will be charged.
